Responsibilities
Provide technical support to clients, resolving issues efficiently and effectively within agreed SLAs
Manage and maintain client networks, ensuring optimal performance and security
Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot network devices and systems
Collaborate with the team to implement and support MSP solutions
Proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
Proficiency in networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching
Experience with network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Technical support: 2 years (Required)
Microsoft O365 admin: 2 years (Required)
MSP: 2 years (Required)
Preferred
Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent are a plus
