Responsibilities

Support DASW(SSIPM) in overseeing the Department of War's National Security Space Launch (NSSL) program acquisition portfolio

Ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, performance, and risk assessment goals throughout the program lifecycle

Facilitating senior-level reviews and industry engagements with leading launch providers

Delivering analytical insights and actionable recommendations to enhance national security objectives

Promote competition in space launch services

Develop and coordinate acquisition strategies, white papers, and decision memorandums essential to optimizing space command and control programs to meet warfighter needs

Leading rapid acquisition efforts

Ensuring compliance with milestones, fiscal responsibility, and the timely delivery of critical space domain capabilities essential for safeguarding national security

Required

10+ years of relevant experience with either National Security Space Launch, C4ISR, or Space Control/Space Operations

Bachelor's degree

Experience with the DoD Acquisition System and/or ICD 801 acquisition processes

DAWIA/DAU certification in Program Management

Experience supporting senior leaders at the OSD, Joint Staff, IC, or senior Military staff level, with the ability to work both independently and in teams

Excellent writing skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility

Able to work fully onsite based on client needs
