They are seeking a Marketing & Sales Consultant to create and manage social media campaigns, engage with leads, and mentor new team members in a remote, performance-based environment.

Responsibilities
Create and manage social media campaigns across multiple platforms to generate inbound enquiries (training provided)
Engage with leads via social media, phone, and Zoom — no cold calling
Conduct interviews to identify qualified candidates suited to our business model (training provided)
Apply our proven business systems and digital tools to streamline operations and drive results
Provide follow-up and guidance as prospects explore our products and opportunities
Mentor and onboard new team members remotely
Participate in live virtual training sessions and community calls up to 3 times per week
Work independently and flexibly, while staying connected to a high-level global support network
Commit to ongoing learning, coaching, and personal growth
Qualification
