As a Business Operations Manager, you will play a foundational role in launching and scaling Numeral’s product in global markets, managing tax workflows and collaborating across teams to support compliance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Launch our product in new countries: Own end-to-end delivery of international launches—from operational research and tooling to stakeholder coordination and SOP development

Design scalable tax workflows: Build repeatable, automation-friendly processes for VAT/GST compliance using a combination of RPA tools, SQL, and AI agents

Own rollouts from 0–1: Pilot new operational systems, document workflows, train the team, and scale across regions

Improve efficiency & automation: Identify bottlenecks, reduce manual execution time, and implement automation and tooling to increase leverage

Triage edge cases and escalations: Support customer and internal teams by solving complex international operations issues, then build systems to prevent them in the future

Document and scale knowledge: Create internal SOPs and operational guides to ensure the team can scale with quality and consistency

Partner across teams: Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Experience to enable seamless rollouts and drive go-to-market success in each region
