NetSuite is seeking a skilled and proactive engineer to join their Network Reliability team. The role involves ensuring the reliability and efficiency of physical network infrastructure through data collection, technical analysis, and incident mitigation.

Responsibilities

Ensure maximum possible service availability and performance

Deliver premier customer service

Structured cabling knowledge with a highly critical eye for quality installation

Datacenter construction knowledge

Proficiency in using OTDR and other cable troubleshooting equipment, along with the capability to instruct and train engineers on their proper usage

Provide comprehensive support to our Engineering and other Operational and technical teams

Centrally manage OCI’s networks and implement automated solutions to address common operational challenges efficiently

Required

3 to 5+ years of experience in network reliability or related field

Ability to read, write, and speak English

Structured cabling knowledge with a highly critical eye for quality installation

Datacenter construction knowledge

Proficiency in using OTDR and other cable troubleshooting equipment

Capability to instruct and train engineers on the proper usage of troubleshooting equipment

Ability to provide comprehensive support to Engineering and other Operational and technical teams

Willingness to work in a 24/7/365 environment, including day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays

Occasional travel to Abilene, TX based on business requirements

Consent to the processing of biometric data for identity verification and access control
