Qualification
Required
Experience in systems engineering and product development (or strong product development knowledge)
Ability to tailor systems engineering processes to match product/system needs
Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
Ability to work independently
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in an Engineering field from a technical college or university
6+ years of engineering/product development experience, including 3 years of proven systems engineering proficiency
