Lead fund-level accounting and reporting projects, driving accuracy and compliance
Manage complex investment structures across multiple asset classes, including alternatives and derivatives
Collaborate with internal teams on strategic initiatives and process improvements
Contribute to the organization’s transition to a pillar-based structure, increasing depth of expertise
Qualification
Required
Minimum 7 years of investment accounting experience
Strong technical accounting skills
Ability to work independently
Demonstrated experience with multi-asset environments
Experience with complex reporting
Background in fund accounting
Collaborative and adaptable
Ability to thrive in a small, high-impact team
Preferred
Experience with hedge funds
Experience with private equity
Experience with institutional investment firms
