Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality support to Valitana’s clients and prospects via multiple channels, including web, Excel, and API integrations
Provide effective guidance to users on leveraging Valitana’s platforms
Create and maintain detailed video tutorials and written guides for platform features
Analyze financial metrics and identify ways to improve data presentation
Develop excel sheets for client-specific needs using the Valitana plugin for data integration and calculations
Assist clients in uploading and managing data within Valitana’s platforms and build custom metrics for clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a quantitative field
The ability to comprehend complex financial concepts
Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Preferred
1-3+ years of client-facing experience is a plus
