Responsibilities

Help improve the ordering, inventory, and distribution process for promotional products
Organize and manage digital assets — photography, videos, graphics, and more — to keep our marketing materials fresh and easy to access
Collaborate with the e-business team to provide and organize website content
Assist with printed literature storage and fulfillment process improvements
Support the Marketing Communications Manager on a variety of creative and organizational projects
Participate in team meetings and gain exposure to real-world marketing operations

Required

Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related program
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred

An interest in manufacturing or industrial markets is a plus
