They are seeking motivated Mechanical and Electrical Engineering students for a Summer Internship Program to gain real engineering experience by working alongside experienced Engineers on product development activities.

Responsibilities
Design & Development: Assist Engineers in creating innovative mechanical design solutions that meet customer and application requirements
Product Documentation: Generate, update, and maintain engineering documentation to ensure product specifications and customer needs are met
Design Reviews: Participate in and help organize design review sessions to evaluate performance, manufacturability, and reliability
Technical Support: Provide hands-on support to Engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams during various stages of product development
Problem Solving: Apply analytical and creative thinking to help troubleshoot product or process issues
Testing & Validation: Develop and execute test plans to verify product reliability, performance, and design intent
Project Ownership: Manage small engineering projects or tasks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality output
Qualification
Required
Must be at least a second-year college student
Must have completed at least one year of coursework in a STEM major, preferably: Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in culturally diverse teams
A hands-on, proactive, 'roll-up-your-sleeves' approach to problem-solving and learning
Comfort working in an environment that values accountability and precision
High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred
Prior exposure to CAD tools, engineering labs, or hands-on technical projects is a plus (not required)
