Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, development, and delivery of modern B2B SaaS frontends using TypeScript, React, and Material UI
Build scalable component systems, design frameworks, and frontend infrastructure that enable rapid product iteration
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, research, and clinical teams to translate requirements into seamless, user-focused interfaces
Integrate with backend and AI systems through well-structured API contracts and real-time data flows
Drive code quality, performance, accessibility, and best practices across the frontend organization
Mentor engineers, shape engineering standards, and influence overall product and UI strategy
Stay current with emerging frontend technologies, AI-driven workflows, and design trends to enhance product capability and developer velocity
Qualification
Required
5+ years of frontend engineering experience with deep expertise in TypeScript, React, and modern UI frameworks
Proven ability to architect scalable frontend systems and deliver high-quality, production-grade code
Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, state management, and frontend performance
Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and collaborating effectively with backend and platform teams
Excellent communication, product thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Familiarity with agile development practices and modern frontend DevOps/CI tooling
Preferred
Experience developing and publishing cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter, React Native, or native iOS/Android SDKs
Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications or integrating generative AI into production systems
Familiarity with backend systems (Python/Flask, Node.js, or similar) and cloud infrastructure workflows (Terraform, AWS)
