Responsibilities

Extend a warm, polished welcome to all residents and guests upon arrival, providing immediate recognition and assistance at their vehicle
Coordinate smooth vehicle handoffs with valet drivers, ensuring a flawless parking and retrieval experience
Offer personalized courtesies, such as opening and closing vehicle doors, escorting arrivals, and providing distinguished greetings and farewells
Provide discreet and attentive assistance with baggage handling, ensuring arrivals and departures are effortless for every resident and guest
Deliver resident mail and packages promptly and with care, respecting both timeliness and discretion
Support bell services and other guest needs with a spirit of attentiveness, anticipating opportunities to elevate the experience
Maintain the valet stand, porte-cochere, and entry areas in pristine, welcoming condition at all times, setting the standard for a luxurious first impression
Consistently uphold the Community’s signature service standards with professionalism, warmth, and an unwavering commitment to privacy and discretion

Required

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
Prior hospitality, luxury residential, or hotel experience required
Strong background in customer service and guest relations
Exceptional communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor
Impeccable grooming and professional dress, adhering to Community uniform standards
Able to work with seniors and patiently interact with cognitively impaired individuals
Strong communication skills, able to organize and prioritize work, take initiative and collaborate or work independently as the projects require
Able to operate office equipment including, copier, telephone, postage machine, time clock, medical alert system
Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests
May require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, per regulatory guidelines
