Growth Marketer, Pod Lead

Kajabi is a leading creator commerce platform headquartered in Newport Beach, California, helping creators turn their expertise into sustainable online businesses. The Growth Marketer, Pod Lead will work with Kajabi’s Co-CEOs and VP of Marketing to launch high-impact growth experiments, lead a cross-functional growth pod, and design full-funnel marketing experiments to drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Turn Kajabi’s “Human Intelligence at Scale” vision into motion — proving that real human creativity, paired with the right systems, beats automation every time
Lead a cross-functional growth pod to achieve a specific business KPI (e.g., trial growth)
Design, launch, and measure rapid-cycle marketing experiments across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels
Translate insights into learning loops that compound across the marketing organization
Create proof, not decks. Visible launches, shipped tests, measurable wins
Build and launch full-funnel experiments — from ad creative to landing page to lifecycle flow
Write hooks, build funnels, and iterate on copy and creative for velocity and performance
Use AI tools to accelerate execution — not replace thinking
Analyze performance data and turn insights into testable hypotheses
Collaborate with design, CX, and product teams to ensure a seamless Hero journey from ad → activation → success
Share learnings openly and document every test to compound team knowledge

Required

5+ years in growth or performance marketing, ideally in SaaS or creator-focused industries
Proven experience running end-to-end campaigns that delivered measurable business impact
Hands-on fluency with ad platforms (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Google), landing page builders, and lifecycle tools
Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret CAC/LTV and funnel data to inform strategy
Portfolio of shipped campaigns or experiments demonstrating speed, creativity, and proof of impact

Can take an outcome (e.g., 'increase trials +20%') and self-direct the path to get there
Believe AI should amplify human creativity, not replace it
Have built something yourself — a brand, a business, or a following — and know the thrill of shipping
