Responsibilities

Assist with basic patient care activities

Assist with procedures ordered by physician and supervised by a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) or other clinical supervisor

Assist in providing care appropriate to population specific facilitating timely and individualized care of assigned patients

Assist patients with tending to personal care, activities of daily living and transfers/transport

Report findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff

Assist with keeping patient rooms clean and orderly

Assist in providing care appropriate to a specific population by facilitating time and individualized care of assigned patients

Qualification

BLS ProviderCBRF certifiedMedication AdministrationFirst Aid & ChokingFire SafetyStandard PrecautionsHigh school diploma

Preferred

BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted

High school diploma or GED preferred

CBRF certified (Medication Administration, First Aid & Choking, Fire Safety, and Standard Precautions)
