Responsibilities
Build strong and trusted relationships with stakeholders to improve adoption and confidence in deliverables
Lead end-to-end analysis to measure the impact of market product performance
Provide insights to key stakeholders with essential insights and develop business intelligence reporting with little or no direction
Document business processes in centralized repository to increase team knowledge and contribute to best practice
Meet training milestones to improve speed and efficiency of team deliverables (Power BI reporting, data efficiency, etc.)
Mentor Category Market Insights Analyst I to improve overall team competency and expand capabilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
2+ years' experience producing business intelligence reporting analysis required
2+ years, experience using SQL, Python, or similar toolsets required
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, DOMO, or similar visualization toolsets required
Experience with large data sets and syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI, Spectra, etc)
Preferred
Master's Degree in business or STEM related field preferred
ETL or Data Engineering specific experience preferred
