Senior Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities
Quickly respond to marketing and product driven leads
Qualify leads and set appointments for account executives with merchants
Learn to sell in a dynamic, innovative, fast-paced environment
Manage a pipeline of leads successfully by focusing on daily activities and sales tools to effectively convert leads to sales
Develop a comprehensive understanding of Square's ecosystem and keep abreast of upcoming product releases
Facilitate small business merchant onboarding
Present a great first impression of Square by giving excellent service, quick and timely follow up to inbound inquiries
Qualification
Required
A desire to grow your career in sales
A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
Personal leadership, authenticity, team player, energy richness, curiosity
Enthusiasm for developing sales skills through cold calling
Comfort with operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
