Facilitate the success of your team by making sure that your team has the tools and support they need to meet their goals
Ensure all activities, records, data, and processes are kept highly organized, accurate, and up to date
Provide an Exceptional Client Experience
Maximize profitability and utilization by scheduling and dispatching Field Service Technicians
Manage operational income, including ensuring work orders are promptly billed, to meet and exceed the approved annual budget
Create an exceptional experience for clients & Burkhart associates
Qualification
Required
Associate degree, vocational certification, or other educational program related to office management, logistics, business administration, or closely related field
2 years of scheduling and dispatching experience, or 3 years of customer service/administrative experience
The associate must maintain a valid driver's license, maintain a good driving record (as defined by Burkhart's liability insurance), and be insurable at all times
Preferred
Experience with service coordination, scheduling, dispatching, inventory management, and/or customer service
