Resident Service Coordinator

Aishel Real Estate is seeking a highly professional and organized Resident Service Coordinator to be the primary point of contact for their properties. The role involves managing resident inquiries, maintaining administrative systems, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Serve as the friendly, professional, and reliable first point of contact for all Residents and guests
Promptly and effectively handle all Resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
Cultivate positive, professional relationships with Residents, board members, vendors, and contractors
Maintain highly organized administrative systems, including Resident files, service logs, and property documents
Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and maintenance schedules efficiently and with meticulous attention to detail
Assist with basic, non-complex financial administration, such as tracking fee/rent collection status, processing basic receipts, and forwarding invoices for approval
Maintain strict confidentiality for all company discussions, office information, and internal affairs
Possess the strength and communication skills to clearly, respectfully, and consistently set and enforce property rules and company policies
Maintain a professional and drama-free environment
Your decisions and actions must consistently reflect that the Company and Property are the absolute priority
Bring a touch of creativity to improve processes or enhance the Resident experience
