The Sales Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and connecting exceptional candidates with the sales team, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities
Source, screen, and identify potential candidates for various roles across the Sales team at FieldPulse, focusing on entry-level to mid-level positions
Conduct initial interviews and assist hiring managers with candidate evaluations
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and job requirements
Maintain and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
Utilize job boards, social media, and other creative sourcing methods to find diverse talent
Assist with the coordination of interviews, feedback sessions, and offers
Support the team in organizing and conducting recruitment events, such as job fairs and career meetups
Help with administrative tasks related to recruitment, including job postings, applicant tracking, and interview scheduling
Qualification
Required
A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping people
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with candidates at all levels
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
An eager learner, with a keen interest in the recruitment process and talent acquisition
Tech-savvy and comfortable using applicant tracking systems and social media platforms
Preferred
A recent graduate or someone with a year of experience in recruiting, HR, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Familiarity with sourcing techniques, including job boards, LinkedIn, and social media
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Passion for contributing to an inclusive, diverse, and supportive workplace
A proactive and self-motivated attitude, eager to learn and grow within the recruitment space
