2+ years expTurner Asphalt is seeking an Account Manager - Utilities to serve as the primary relationship owner for utility industry accounts. The role involves increasing sales volume, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing strategic planning and consultation to clients.

Responsibilities
Increase sales volume within existing and new utility customers through account penetration and secures new business
Ensure customer satisfaction and customer retention through consistent, productive account calls and presentations
Responsible for up selling programs, including Paving Maintenance Programs and the company’s entire line of services, into current client base
Represent the company (and Pave America) by consistently demonstrating the understanding and modeling of company’s mission and values
Stay abreast of and learns about new products, programs, and services available to clients in the territory and for applying or utilizing them whenever appropriate or timely
Align the overall company paving/concrete solutions to the customer’s needs, challenges, and technical requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills: writing, editing, and presenting
Build and maintain a consistently strong pipeline for local market growth
Some local travel may be required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred
Minimum of 2 years successful experience as a direct contributor carrying an individual quota
Ability and experience selling to Manager levels within an organization
Effective problem solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication (verbal and written) and relationship skills
Organization and time management skills
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned annual/quarterly goals and targets
Attentive to forecasting and business reporting responsibilities
At least an intermediate level in using Microsoft Office products. Especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred
Experience in construction and/or paving and concrete work is preferred but not required
