Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to Caltrol’s customers and vendors by entering and maintaining orders
Gather information, assist with quotations, expedite orders, and follow up proactively with customers
Assist in the preparation of customer documentation requirements. Consistently maintains technical competence with all aspects of Caltrol’s business systems relating to the processing of customer orders
Continuously improve knowledge of products and services offered by Caltrol
Provide Vibration Route Data collection
Study and perform vibration analysis on rotating machinery
Report findings directly to customers
Assist customers with problem resolution
Interact with customers to promote service contracts
Interact with customers, factory, and other Caltrol teams/departments to develop process improvement and increase customer satisfaction

Qualification

Required

Strong mechanical background in industrial machinery
Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
Strong customer service skills
Computer skills (MS Office and other PC products)
Home-based high-speed internet with home office space
Ability to understand and safely use standard hand tools
Verbal and written skills to effectively communicate
Professional appearance and presentation while on-site at customer facilities
No vibration analysis training is required, but to obtain level 1 certification within one year (at the expense of Caltrol)

Preferred

Emerson CSI is a plus
Additional PdM Technology Certifications are a plus
