Responsibilities
Develop and implement a robust technology roadmap aligned with the company's long-term business objectives
Lead the digital transformation initiatives to modernize IT infrastructure, enhance system reliability, and improve business processes
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the industry
Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership on IT trends, opportunities, and risks
Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring maximum uptime and optimal system performance
Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and security protocols to safeguard company data and infrastructure
Direct disaster recovery planning, cybersecurity measures, and regulatory compliance initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve IT-related workflows and operational efficiencies
Ensure the seamless operation, security, and scalability of the POS system across all locations
Lead POS enhancements to improve transaction efficiency, user experience, and data accuracy
Work closely with finance and retail teams to optimize revenue through digital payments, e-commerce integration, and omnichannel strategies
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for POS system providers and service partners
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of IT professionals, and POS specialists
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
Establish clear performance metrics, training programs, and career development pathways
Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective technology investments and resource allocation
Evaluate and negotiate contracts with third-party vendors, software providers, and IT service partners

Qualification
Required
5+ years of progressive Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management role
Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, POS systems, cybersecurity, and customer experience technologies
Expertise in digital transformation, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics
Strong understanding of industry regulations, compliance standards, and IT governance
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives through technology
