Qualification
Required
At least one year of experience in a client services role, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting
Friendly, empathetic, and dependable team player who genuinely cares about helping clients and supporting colleagues
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a calm, compassionate demeanor
Passionate about creating a positive client experience and building trust with pet owners
Values teamwork and contributes to a collaborative, uplifting culture focused on achieving shared goals
