Marshall Reddick Real Estate is a fast-paced, software-centered residential real estate investment firm. They are seeking a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to support realtors by overseeing compliance and administrative tasks throughout the real estate transaction process.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of a real estate transaction from writing offers and managing compliance to closing

Coordinate and communicate with buyers, sellers, escrow officers, lenders, appraisers, and other stakeholders

Maintain all transactions in our CRM and SkySlope

Work with realtors to ensure brokerage compliance on all forms

Prepare offer contracts and ensure brokerage compliance across all transaction documents

Regularly update clients and agents with status reports and milestone tracking

Schedule and manage key tasks related to closing

Required

Fluent in English to include written and verbal communication

Understanding of real estate and escrow processes in Texas —benefit if Florida, Tennessee, Kentucky, and California

Collaborative and solutions-oriented

Preferred

Experience handling new construction transactions and working with builders

Familiarity with real estate platforms such as CRM software, MLS, DocuSign, ZipForms, and SkySlope

Proven ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of service and accuracy
