Responsibilities
Leading a small team of Sr. Designers through complex omni-channel experiences
Creating the conditions for exceptional work by fostering psychological safety, inspiring ambition, and modeling design excellence
Championing craft and product excellence through leading by example
Enabling customer-centric decision making, keeping small business owners at the heart of every decision
Mapping and analyzing current-state workflows to identify friction points, operational gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Weaving together physical, digital, and emotional touchpoints across our support and growth channels, orchestrating multi-touch journeys that elevate both the digital and non-digital experiences
Build products that help wellness professionals thrive and encourage more people to get off their screens and into meaningful real-life experiences
Qualification
Required
At least 7+ years of product design experience including 1-2 years managing designers
A portfolio demonstrating deep craft and end-to-end product thinking on complex systems and workflows
Desire to work in a player/coach role, continuing to own design projects while leading a small team of talented designers
Ability to thrive on complexity and dive into broad, deep, and complex problem spaces
Belief that the line is blurry between product and design leadership and willingness to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity
Strong product thinking skills: ability to form rigorous hypotheses, influence team understanding, and spot new opportunities
Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative insights and translate them into actionable recommendations
Evolving perspective on design's role in AI, automation, and emerging technologies, and how these can enhance creative output and customer value
Strong understanding of organizational operations and service delivery models, particularly in multi-touchpoint or omni-channel environments
Experience driving strategic initiatives, comfortable zooming out to define vision as well as zooming in to sweat the details
