Responsibilities

Identify and pursue group sales opportunities across corporate, social (weddings), association, and sports markets
Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to maximize group revenue and meet sales goals
Respond promptly to inquiries and RFPs (Request for Proposals) to secure new business
Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the hotel’s CRM system
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual group revenue targets
Negotiate contracts and ensure all group agreements align with the hotel’s revenue management strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business
Conduct site visits and property tours to showcase the hotel’s facilities and services
Work closely with the operations, catering, and revenue management teams to ensure successful execution of group events
Provide market feedback and insights to inform future sales strategies

Required

Proven experience in group sales, preferably in the hospitality industry

Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs, including evenings and weekends as necessary
