Responsibilities

Responsible for improving TikTok search user experience through research for different product functions, content, and algorithm strategies

Provide actionable insights to cross-functional teams on the product's future iterations based on experience evaluation, data analysis, market research, and user research

Collaborate with the international operations team to facilitate the implementation of the research and evaluation plans, especially ensure the efficiency and accuracy of the deliverables
