Outside Sales Representative- Truck Brokerage
Givens Logistics is part of Givens, an asset-based 3PL, and is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to expand their customer base. The role involves developing new truck brokerage business, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting a range of logistics services.

Responsibilities
Prospect, identify, and secure new shipper accounts within an assigned territory
Conduct on-site customer visits and present tailored logistics solutions
Promote a complete range of services, including brokerage, OTR trucking, drayage, and warehousing
Maintain a strong sales pipeline through strategic outreach and CRM tools
Collaborate with internal operations teams to develop pricing, bids, and service proposals
Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements with new and existing customers
Provide ongoing account management to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention
Represent Givens Logistics at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
Qualification
Required
2+ years of outside sales experience in freight brokerage, trucking, logistics, or related fields
Strong knowledge of truckload, drayage, warehousing, and general logistics operations
Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently
Ability to travel within the territory as needed
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
