Jr. Business Analyst
LingaTech is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support the Administrative Operations area. The role involves analyzing and improving business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities
Analyze and document current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
Conduct process mapping sessions and workflows to develop comprehensive understanding of business operations
Recommend process changes or optimizations to enhance business performance
Collaborate with business units to implement process improvements and monitor their effectiveness
Engage with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements for new systems or changes to existing systems
Create clear, concise, and comprehensive requirement documents that define functional and non-functional specifications
Ensure that requirements are aligned with business needs and objectives
Facilitate discussions and workshops to refine requirements and ensure understanding among all stakeholders
Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the development team
Organize and lead meetings to gather information and clarify requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to understand evolving needs
Assist in the creation of test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new solutions
Ensure that implemented solutions meet business requirements and are fully functional
Prepare and maintain reports and documentation related to process improvements, requirements analysis, and project progress
Provide status updates to senior management and other stakeholders
Qualification
Required
2+ years experience in process analysis and improvements
Experience with gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements
Proficient in SQL
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in process modeling and mapping tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio)
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Knowledge of business analysis frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
Comfortable conducting data analysis when needed
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred
Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) are a plus
