Inventory Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

Monitor inventory levels for all raw materials, including fabrics and components, across multiple NSA sites
Assess monthly usage trends and site needs to balance stock effectively and prevent shortages
Issue inter-company transfer orders to reposition material between facilities when required
Manage all in-transit inventory and ensure TCM reflects accurate movement status at all times
Oversee outside fabric processing and maintain real-time visibility of material status in TCM
Maintain accurate records for offsite (9000-series) inventory locations
Lead month-end reconciliation of outside processing and offsite inventory with Finance
Manage quarantine inventory across all sites
Collaborate with Supplier Management for timely credits or return-to-vendor (RTV) actions for defective materials
Support Miami-based inbound receiving into KGL for materials destined for NSA Dominicana
Assist with material master and supplier master data cleanup and integrity improvements within TCM ERP
Actively participate in the setup and weekly execution of MRP across NSA sites
Administer supply chain–related projects using project management tools
Provide additional operational support to the Director of Inventory Management and the EVP of Operations as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field—or equivalent experience
2–3 years of hands-on experience in inventory management or supplier operations
Experience in apparel manufacturing or textiles is a strong plus
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (experience with TCM preferred)
High attention to detail with strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build strong internal partnerships
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong initiative with the ability to deliver accurate reporting and analysis on deadlines
Process-improvement mindset with a high degree of ownership and accountability
Demonstrated ethics, professionalism, and team-oriented work style
