Responsibilities
Design clear, intuitive, and engaging digital interfaces for web and mobile platforms
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that communicate interaction and design concepts effectively
Apply fundamental UX principles to ensure usability, accessibility, and consistency across all products
Develop and maintain design components, patterns, and style guidelines in collaboration with product and engineering teams
Conduct remote user testing using platforms such as UserTesting.com to gather actionable insights
Translate research findings into design improvements, balancing user needs with business goals
Participate in usability reviews, heuristic evaluations, and design critiques to continuously enhance product quality
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, define user needs, and refine designs
Clearly articulate design decisions and present concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Provide design assets, specifications, and guidance to engineering teams throughout the development process
Iterate on designs based on feedback, data, and user behavior
Review final implementations to ensure alignment with design intent and high visual quality
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Interaction Design, Digital Design, or equivalent experience
Familiarity with foundational UX principles and best practices
Demonstrated experience in wireframing, prototyping, and UI design for digital interfaces
Proficiency with a design tool such as Figma (preferred) or a comparable platform
Experience conducting remote user tests using tools like UserTesting.com
A strong portfolio showcasing relevant UX/UI projects, process, and outcomes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
