Materiel Fielding Plan Developer

Responsibilities

Develop and implement detailed materiel fielding plans tailored to project requirements
Analyze project specifications to identify document needs and timelines
Coordinate with SMEs and customers to develop a plan that will be used for timely delivery of materials
Collaborate with cross-functional internal and customer teams to align fielding strategies with project goals
Prepare reports and presentations for cost and schedule updates
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to enhance materiel fielding processes

Required

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations
Three (3) years of experience in material management, logistics, or a similar role
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Preferred

Experience in life cycle engineering principles and PATRIOT weapon system
Experience with developing and revising technical documentation through peer review
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with combined internal and customer teams
Experience reporting Earned Value to programs and maintaining budget owned by the MFP development team
