Nameplate Pricing and P&L Manager
Stellantis is a global automotive company seeking a Nameplate Pricing and P&L Manager to oversee the commercial aspects of vehicle lines and serve as the finance business partner with Brand and Sales Operations. This role focuses on maximizing profitability through pricing strategies, financial analysis, and collaboration with various commercial groups across multiple North American brands.

Responsibilities
Being an operating partner with Brand Management supporting all commercial initiatives as the Finance representative
Leading all competitive pricing initiatives for respective vehicle line(s)
Leading all financial analysis and support strategy development initiatives to help achieve Brand/vehicle line financial targets
Developing & presenting monthly KPI’s and identifying areas of risk and opportunity to Brand Director(s) and Vice President(s) of the Brand
Collaborating with the Brand in preparing and evaluating business cases consisting of product change proposals, trim & option mix, volume, etc. Assist in identifying or developing alternative strategies when proposal is not financially sound
Support Commercial Committee presentations and preparation through financial analysis
Liaison between Brand Finance Directors and the various markets, commercial groups and FP&A; supporting requests and functions that span across all N.A. Brands
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Finance or Accounting; or related degree; if no Bachelor's degree in the aforementioned, must have a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, or Accounting
Minimum of 8 years of experience OR a Master's with 7 years' experience and substantial exposure/experience in Automotive, Product Development, and/or Sales & Marketing Finance
Preferred
MBA or MS in Finance or Accounting
Platform Finance or Pricing Experience
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and ESSBASE
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
Ability to multi-task and adapt easily to change, including prioritization of assignments
Results-oriented: possess the ability to plan, develop, implement and measure results
Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
