Tax Administration Support
Allworth Airline Advisors is currently seeking a Tax Administration Support for their Pleasant Hill, CA office. The role involves assisting partners with billing support, scheduling, and project management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Assist partners with Billing support (reviewing WIP, creating invoices, emailing invoices). Training will be provided
Assist partners with scheduling and email management
Assist with files deadlines and project management
Assist with login procedures
Assist with scheduling of appointments
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree (Accounting Preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & Ability to work well with others
Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office
1-2 years of experience
