Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and nurture individuals, organizations, centers of influence and networks that serve as trusted advisors to small business owners. Must be willing to forge new business relationships with a goal of establishing mutually beneficial relationships that results in predictable revenue growth
Brand Representation and Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand visibility and credibility. Maintain professionalism in all social and business settings to foster trust and rapport
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as liaison between strategic partners and internal teams (Sales, Revenue Operations, Service, Finance) to ensure seamless handoff and client experience. Acts as a partner and liaison to partners on a long-term basis
Program Design & Execution: Partner with PEO Field and Campaign manager to identify and develop partnership programs and campaigns to support ongoing growth and lead flow
Growth & Retention: Ensure continued growth and success of the program through and partnership with our sales force; set relationships up for success in every market
Data Analysis & Optimization: Partner with RevOps to monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics to identify trends and optimize programs

Required

Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field
10+ years of experience in sales, channel development, strategic partnerships, or business development preferably insurance, PEO, financial services or similar B2B industries
Proven track record building a successful referral-based go-to-market strategy
Proven track record of driving organic growth through referral relationships
Network driven builder and highly influential connector
Business acumen with understanding of the needs of small business owners
Highly influential with exceptional relationship-building skills
Exceptional Communication & Presentation Skills: Comfortable presenting to diverse audiences and representing the brand externally
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
