Responsibilities
Actively recruits new students by going out into the community - attends job fairs, assists with tours for prospective students and their families
Creates recruitment folders for prospective students and assists with determining student eligibility
Establishes supportive/mentoring relationships with students during their Job Corps tenure
Oversees, develops, monitors, and updates student transition plans to ensure successful outcome
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or closely related field from an accredited school; or Associate's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or closely related field from an accredited school and two years' related experience in youth programs
Must possess a valid in-State Driver's License and meet Company insurability requirements
Preferred
Previous sales/recruiting experience preferred
