Survey Office Technician- Land Surveying

The Survey Office Technician will prepare various types of survey drawings, ensuring adherence to established company specifications and standards, while utilizing software packages such as Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center.

Responsibilities

Process field data and perform adjustments as needed
Produce drawings with Autodesk Civil 3D
Prepare survey calculations
Perform research as it relates to boundaries, rights-of-way, utilities and project control

Required

Proficient in preparing ALTA/NSPS Land Title surveys, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and right of way surveys
Experience with Civil 3D, Pix 4D, StarNet and Trimble Business Center software packages for drafting/mapping, adjustments and data processing
Valid driver's license
Motor vehicle record (MVR) check along with drug screening is a standard condition of employment

Preferred

Associate degree or higher in surveying technology/geomatics, civil engineering, or related field
Knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D and Microsoft 365 applications
Minimum of two years of related experience
Ability to work in a team environment
