Responsibilities
You prepare and review quarterly and annual income tax provisions in compliance with ASC 740 and IFRS, including disclosures, foreign provisions, deferred taxes, and uncertain tax positions
You oversee and manage federal, state, and international tax audits, filings, and reconciliations, while identifying and mitigating tax risks across all jurisdictions
You collaborate with external consultants on transfer pricing analysis and documentation, and ensure indirect tax compliance including sales, use, property, and motor vehicle rental taxes
You conduct complex tax research and analysis, implementing findings and advising leadership, business units, and external stakeholders on compliance and strategy
You lead ad hoc analyses and special projects, coordinating efforts across internal teams and external advisors to support business operations and growth
You develop, mentor, and guide members of the North American tax team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA or Master's in Taxation is strongly preferred
6+ years of progressive tax experience, including federal, state, and international income tax
Strong knowledge of ASC 740, IFRS, and corporate tax compliance
Experience in transfer pricing, indirect tax, and international taxation
Ability to evaluate complex tax issues, propose solutions, and communicate effectively with leadership and external advisors
Experienced leader who develops teams, fosters collaboration, and builds trusted relationships across departments and geographies
Strong organizational skills, ensuring precision in tax reporting, compliance, and financial disclosures
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Working knowledge of tax and accounting systems
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
