Value Stream Manager
The Timken Company is a global leader in industrial equipment and motion solutions, seeking a Value Stream Manager to lead manufacturing operations across multiple product lines. This role involves setting and achieving safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity targets while developing talent through coaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities
Assure safe, effective, and efficient manufacturing operations
Lead, challenge, and develop team to achieve optimum results
Establish, communicate, and assure achievement of manufacturing goals
Lead and assure rigorous processes for problem-solving and continuous improvement
Develop talent through coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
Eligible candidates are; US Citizens, Green Card holders, Asylees or others eligible to receive US export license authorizations
Candidate must be authorized to work in the US
Preferred
Leadership proficiency
Minimum 5 years manufacturing management experience, including supervision of supervisors
Demonstrated ability to lead high performing teams
Business budget planning and management proficiency
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
Talent management expertise, including talent development and performance improvement ability
Strong ability in lean manufacturing planning, methods, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
