Strategic Growth Partners provides operations and strategic support to Tribal 8(a) and commercial organizations. They are seeking a Customer Technical Support Specialist to support users of the Navy Enterprise Network by resolving technical inquiries through telephone and on-site support.

Support users of the Navy Enterprise Network (NEN) by resolving technical inquiries through telephone and on-site support
Qualification
Required
Two years of professional experience in customer service and interpersonal communications
Qualified experience in technical telephone inquiries and on-site support to employees regarding technical aspects of NEN assigned products
Clearance: Active Secret
Certification: IAT II level with a T3 investigation
Must sign Letter of Intent
