Responsibilities
Partner with estimating and operations teams to plan and schedule awarded projects
Manage multiple construction projects of varying scale concurrently
Generate accurate change orders and directives using industry software tools
Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and distribution for all modifications
Coordinate material purchases and delivery timelines
Work with procurement personnel to maintain schedule alignment
Maintain clear communication with architects, contractors, clients, and internal teams
Provide regular progress updates and address challenges proactively
Monitor schedules, budgets, production milestones, installation progress, and closeout tasks
Ensure work aligns with quality expectations and project specifications
Prepare detailed progress reports and maintain organized project files
Keep all documents current and accessible to relevant participants
Qualification
Required
5+ years managing commercial door and hardware projects, or a bachelor's degree in Construction Management with relevant experience
Experience with project or change-management software (Emullion or comparable)
Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and related tools
Strong planning, multitasking, and prioritization skills
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
Clear, professional communication and strong interpersonal abilities
Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams
Analytical mindset with the ability to make informed decisions
Capable of working independently with minimal oversight
Self-motivated and reliable in a remote environment
Alignment with company values and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed
