Responsibilities
Schedules patients with our facility partners
Monitors and retrieves missing bills, records, liens from our facility partners
Delegates and handles correspondence for internal and external parties
Communicates daily with our medical facilities to verify that exams were completed and update information in our system
Notify referring parties via email and phone call of any pertinent information regarding the scheduling of their client/patient
Communicates daily with our medical facilities to receive examination results
Updates contacts, addresses, modalities, special instructions, and other related information in our system
Supports the Account Managers and Provider Development Executives
Maintains confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong relationship-building skills with existing provider partners
Ability to identify new business opportunities among existing customers
Experience in customer service-related inquiries
Ability to liaise with cross-functional internal teams
Experience in scheduling patients with facility partners
Ability to monitor and retrieve missing bills, records, and liens from facility partners
Strong communication skills for daily interactions with medical facilities
Ability to notify referring parties of pertinent information regarding scheduling
Experience in updating contacts, addresses, modalities, and special instructions in a system
Support experience for Account Managers and Provider Development Executives
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality
Ability to perform other related duties as assigned
