Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets
Examine budget estimates or proposals for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with established procedures, regulations, and organizational objectives
Enter financial data into government approved systems for obligation and procurement such as Navy Enterprise Resource Planning or Standard Procurement System
Support Senior Financial Analyst in the development and issuance of formal financial policies and directives, and various analysis as directed
Qualification
Required
Applicant must hold or be able to obtain an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, or another related field
Preferred
Experience with Navy Financial Systems including but not limited to: Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP), Program Budget Information System (PBIS), Computer Optimized Batch Reconciliation Application (COBRA) and NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS) is preferred
1-4 years of experience supporting a Navy Program
