This role is essential for enhancing the brand's visibility and engagement by collaborating with various teams to deliver effective campaigns that drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

Create and execute data-driven digital strategies across paid media channels, including video, audio, display, social, and search

Define and monitor KPIs, optimizing campaigns to meet defined goals

Test and innovate with new tools, channels, and tactics, building strong advertising partnerships

Activate 1P audiences and manage integrations with CRM and Martech teams

Refine segmentation and targeting strategies based on campaign audience analytics

Collaborate with analytics to ensure key metrics are captured for campaign optimization

Deliver clear performance updates and represent paid media in planning forums

Contribute to MMM and attribution modeling efforts with analytics and agency teams

Brief and manage creative teams for full-funnel asset development and approval

Ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery by coordinating with external agencies

Required

Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in digital marketing or performance media is essential

Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta, and DSPs, as well as analytics tools, is a must

Excellent communication and project management abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Experience in QSR, retail, or consumer brands is preferred but not mandatory

A curious and proactive mindset, comfortable with ambiguity
