Responsibilities

Build and maintain proactive, high-trust relationships with Key Account Members
Lead the full member lifecycle—onboarding, integration, engagement, and retention
Troubleshoot member concerns, facilitate peer connections, and monitor engagement trends
Deliver consistent, value-focused communication to keep members informed and connected
Manage a robust sales pipeline and recruit new member firms across priority markets
Conduct market and gap analyses to identify regional opportunities
Build relationships with prospective members and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
Oversee the development and execution of regional conferences, meetings, training, webinars, and professional development programs
Partner with global teams to enhance content, resources, and specialized member communities
Manage the regional Technical Resource Center and collaborate with resource partners
Collect and evaluate member feedback to ensure programs remain relevant and impactful
Serve as a liaison between regional and global leadership to ensure strategic alignment
Provide oversight for regional committees and working groups
Manage vendor relationships and regional resources
Lead budgeting, monitor financial performance, and oversee regional team members
Support special projects and additional initiatives as assigned by the Global CEO

Required

10+ years of relevant experience in member-facing, association management, client relationship leadership, or professional services
Experience in the CPA industry strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent experience
Proven success building strong relationships, managing pipelines, and supporting organizational growth
Demonstrated ability to lead small, virtual teams and work effectively in a remote environment
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
High proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to travel domestically and globally
Must be eligible to work in the United States and travel internationally
