Support SAP Time Management and SAP HCM On-Premise Payroll configuration
Participate in requirement-gathering sessions and assist in preparing functional design documents and test plans
Collaborate with the team during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and help resolve defects
Prepare functional specifications for custom enhancements and work closely with technical teams
Qualification
Required
SAP Time Management (Positive and Negative) - 5+ years
SAP HCM On-Premise Payroll configuration - 5+ years
PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and Schemas - 5+ years
Preferred
Service delivery support
Business analysis and requirements gathering
