PTLA Property Management is looking for a Seasonal Maintenance Technician to enhance the presentation and curb appeal of their community. The role involves property and unit maintenance, unit make-ready preparations, and coordination with third-party vendors under the supervision of the Community Manager and Maintenance Technician.

Responsibilities

Prepare apartments for occupancy by completing maintenance, painting, etc
Completes resident service requests and provides written documentation of work performed
Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers, including prospects, residents and vendors

Required

Sufficient verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Ability to work well independently and in teams
Driver's License (Required)
Ability to Commute: Lubbock, Texas (Required)

Preferred

Experience in maintenance/painting preferred
Handyman experience preferred. Plumbing, electrical and other trade experience is helpful
