Responsibilities
Conduct targeting analysis and intelligence functions in accordance with DoD, CJCS, and USCENTCOM policies
Perform all-source intelligence analysis to support target development
Conduct Collateral Damage Estimation (CDE), incident research, and generate graphics
Maintain and update Electronic Target Folders (ETFs) and other targeting databases
Provide recommendations on target prioritization, vetting, and validation
Assist in Target System Analysis (TSA) and manage target lists
Compile and deliver intelligence briefings and visual depictions to senior decision-makers
Contribute to policy and SOP development in targeting operations
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for training events and operational exercises
Qualification
Required
Active Top Secret/SCI with polygraph eligibility
U.S. Citizenship required
Master's degree with 8 years of related experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 12 years of related experience
Recent experience (within last 2 years) in intelligence targeting
Familiarity with DoD/CJCS targeting policies, procedures, and databases
Experience in target development and CDE
Preferred
Prior CCMD targeting experience
Experience refining targeting SOPs and providing SME support
