Responsibilities

Own module integration for a defined group of process steps

Manage systematic defect issues and device/parametric yield concerns for assigned steps

Lead projects to eliminate technology systematics and/or enhance detection capabilities

Oversee critical dimension targeting and variation control within the module

Review yield-, cost-, and throughput-related process changes through the Change Control Board

Provide yield risk assessments and failure modeling for incidents presented at the Material Review Board

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of BEOL process or module integration experience in semiconductor manufacturing

Preferred

10+ years of experience and/or FINFET experience

Deep understanding of process flow, including relationships between process, yield, product performance, and reliability

Prior experience with fab unit processes such as Lithography, Etch, Diffusion, Thin Film Deposition, Wet Cleans, and CMP

Expertise in project management, DOE creation, and analysis

Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Spotfire)

Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint

Programming or scripting experience

Experience leading cross-functional task force teams (TFT)
