Responsibilities

Assist with survey coordination, data organization, workforce reporting, and general support tasks that contribute to engagement, retention, and experience initiatives across Parkview Health

Help prepare materials, organize data, and support projects related to stay interviews, engagement surveys, exit interview themes, and retention reviews

Support culture and career development programs and contribute to experience-focused initiatives that strengthen co-worker engagement and retention

Required

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field

Must be current undergraduate college student or graduate college student

GPA of 3.0 or above
